What about the weather?

What is it with the friggin' weather??? 7 years in Saigon and it has never rained in January...but this year...it is raining a LOT! Floods in Australia, Brazil and Sri Lanka...bushfires in Western Australia!  The weather really is screwed! Is it me or is the entire world getting cooler? I hate it! Give me hot weather any day!
